I'm pretty sure a lot of their stuff is. I know they've been working on being more ethical. You might have to check individual product descriptions though, just to be safe.

What's the deal with returns if I get a box and don't like it? Or if it's damaged when it arrives?

If it's damaged, definitely contact them, they'll sort you out. If you just 'don't like it' it's food, so probably not. I think their policy is pretty standard for edibles.

Yeah returns for food are usually a no-go unless it's genuinely faulty or wrong. Had a box that was melted once and they replaced it super fast.
